因国家食品药品监督管理局申请批准并获得注册的结核分枝杆菌IgG/IgM抗体的只有湖南腾格医疗科技有限公司代理的北京健乃喜生物技术有限公司生产的IgG/IgM结核分枝杆菌检测试剂盒。

1、唯一性：是国内独家可以检测结核分枝杆菌IgM抗体的试剂盒，而且是IgG、IgM抗体联检卡，可作为结核分枝杆菌感染的全程监测指标；

2、全面性：结核分枝杆菌IgM抗体：为早期抗体，文献报道是感染4-8周即可检测到，可用于结核分枝杆菌早期、潜伏期感染的监测指标；结核分枝

杆菌IgG抗体为主力抗体，可见于结核分枝杆菌既往感染、现症感染阶段及感染中后期，结核分枝杆菌IgG、IgM抗体联检，可弥补以往只检测IgG的不足；

3、准确性：由北京健乃喜生物技术有限公司生产的结核分枝杆菌IgG、IgM抗体联检卡，可做到检测接近结核分枝杆菌总抗体的浓度，即接近于活动性肺结核，更加适用于结核病的签别诊断及辅助诊断。

4、专利：由北京健乃喜生物技术有限公司生产的结核分枝杆菌IgG/IgM抗体检测试剂盒（胶体金法），已获得国家知识产权局颁发的实用新型专利证书；

5、专业性：北京健乃喜生物技术有限公司是一家专业从事体外诊断试剂的研发、生产、销售及服务的高新生物技术企业，并于2014年获得由北京市科学技术委员会等四家机构颁发的高新技术企业证书；

6、合法性：结核分枝杆菌IgG/IgM抗体检测试剂盒（胶体金法）于2012年首次获得国家食品药品监督管理局颁发的医疗器械注册证，注册号为：国食药监械（准）字2012第3400196号，于2016年7月再次获得延续注册证，注册证号为：国械注准20163401205，可在国家食品药品监督管理局-数据查询-国产器械、进口器械里查询，获得注册证的结核分枝杆菌抗体测定、结核分枝杆菌IgG抗体测定的试剂，含进口试剂，共有约20多个厂家的近50个产品，但获得结核分枝杆菌IgM抗体检测注册证的只有北京健乃喜生物技术有限公司一家，而且为了使得此产品可以广泛应用于结核病专科医院、综合性医院、体检中心及疾控中心，北京健乃生物技术有限公司于2014年2月经申请获得国家食品药品监督管理局颁发的增加全血标本的变更说明通知，使试剂可以应用于大规模的现场检测。
