投标人应具备的资格或业绩:1投标人必须是船岸连接系统的制造商（或制造商所在集团的子公司），不接受代理商投标。2投标人须提供营业执照（营业登记类证明文件）或经营许可证明文件、有效期内ISO9001:2015质量管理体系认证证书或类似质量管理体系认证证明文件的复印件。3所投产品2010年1月1日至今（以合同签订日期为准）至少具有1项应用业绩，提供相关证明材料。相关证明材料包括：业绩合同关键页复印件（如合同、双方签字盖章页、签订时间页、供货范围描述页、主要技术参数页等关键页面）。如合同不能体现业绩满足要求，还应提供其它补充证明材料。未提供有效证明材料或证明材料数据不足的业绩将视为无效绩。4投标人应当提供在开标日前3个月内由其开户银行开具的银行资信证明的原件或复印件。5至投标截止时间，投标人若被人民法院列为失信被执行人或被中华人民共和国应急管理部（包括原国家安全监管总局）列入安全生产不良记录“黑名单”，其投标将被否决。注：失信人信息查询方式：①“信用中国”（www.creditchina.gov.cn）；②中华人民共和国应急管理部（包括原国家安全监管总局）公布的失信生产经营单位及其有关人员信息（黑名单）：中华人民共和国应急管理部和原国家安全监管总局政府网站。6本项目不接受联合体投标。7投标人在投标前应在本网站（http://www.ebnew.com）或机电产品招标投标电子交易平台（http://www.{wz_now）完成注册及信息核验。

Qualifications or Performance：1 The bidder must be the manufacturer of the Ship-shore Link System (Or the subsidiary of the manufacturer’s group). The agent’s bid will not be accepted in this bidding. 2 The bidder must provide photocopy of business license (business registration certificate) or business permit and photocopy of certificate of ISO9001:2015 quality management system or similar quality management system certificate within validity period. 3 The supplied product shall have at least 1 application performance as of January 1, 2010 (subject to the date of signing the contract). Relevant supporting materials shall be provided. Relevant supporting materials include: photocopies of key pages of performance contracts (e.g. first pages, signature and seal pages of both parties, pages of signing time, pages describing scope of supply, pages of main technical parameters, etc.). If the contract cannot show that the performance meets the requirements, other supplementary supporting materials shall be provided.
