在大埔县区域内针对县域内传统商贸企业、专业市场商家、工业企业从业人员、传统电商从业人员、返乡农民工、大学生、退役军人、原建档立卡贫困家庭劳动力等从事或者计划从事直播电商的单位或个人等培训主体分级分类培训，可在公共服务中心、镇村级电商服务站及其他地方集中统一培训，也可进村入户开展培训，结合集中授课、论坛、沙龙等形式开展培训。合计培训达到1500人次，其中2020年已脱贫的贫困户中在家有劳动能力的不少于50人；选取大埔县内1—2个特色工业产业园区或企业，建设直播基地，提供相关直播设施和设备。
