1.招标条件

1.1本招标项目四川省巴中市南江县龙门村上坝铁索桥改公路桥工程(项目名称)已由南江县发展和改革局(项目审批、核准或备案机关名称)以南发改审批〔2020〕7号、南发改审批函〔2022〕1号(批文名称及编号)批准建设，项目业主为南江县公路局，建设资金来自争取上级补助及地方自筹(资金来源)，出资比例为100%，招标人为南江县公路局。项目已具备招标条件，现对该项目的施工进行公开招标。

1.2本招标项目为四川省行政区域内的国家投资工程建设项目，南江县发展和改革局

核准(招标事项核准文号南发改审批〔2020〕7号、南发改审批函〔2022〕1号)的招标组织形式为委托招标。招标人选择(本招标项目在省发展改革委指定比选网站上的项目编号为/)的招标代理机构是四川军贤工程项目管理有限公司。

2.项目概括及招标范围

2.1建设地点：南江县桥亭镇桥亭村；

2.2建设规模：路线全长353.79米，其中：大桥桥长130.72米，桥宽7.5米，引道长223.07米；

2.4招标范围：本项目工程量清单及施工图纸范围内的全部施工以及缺陷责任期内的修复工作；

2.5标段划分：施工一个标段。

3.投标人资格要求

3.1本次招标要求投标人须具备独立企业法人资格，具备国家建设行政主管部门颁发的公路工程施工总承包三级及以上资质，近3年(2019年1月1日至今，以交工验收时间为准)已完成不少于1个类似项目业绩，并在人员、设备、资金等方面具有相应的施工能力。

3.2本次招标不接受(接受或不接受)联合体投标。

4.招标文件的获取
