新建实训综合楼1栋，总建筑面积 19060平方米，其中地上建筑面积 15100平方米，主要包括实训用房、室内体育用房 69间 7390平方米，报告厅 1 间 1600平方米，卫生间、盥洗室、清洁间、开水间、设备用房等 32间 1450平方米，走廊、楼梯、电梯等4660平方米；地下建筑面积 3960平方米，主要为地下车库及人防工程。建设道路、室外运动场地及给排水、电气、消防管网等必要的配套工程。
